Do my clients need an app to scan the code?
No. The camera app on any modern iPhone or Android reads QR codes natively — clients point, tap, and land on your booking page. Redirects are served from Cloudflare's edge network, so the hop through ScanTrail's short link doesn't add a noticeable delay.
I already have decals printed with my old booking link. Can ScanTrail fix those?
Honestly, no — a static code that's already printed can't be changed by anyone. You'd reprint once with a ScanTrail dynamic code in place of the old one. The difference is that's your last reprint: the next time you change booking platforms, you update the destination in the dashboard instead of calling the print shop.
What file format should I give my decal or sign shop?
